STEP ONE: Gather your supplies: 2 2/3 cups of milk, 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 can (15 oz) of solid-pack pumpkin, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, graham crackers, 1 container of whipped topping, 1 gallon freezer bag, can opener, scissors, measuring cup/spoon, napkins.

STEP TWO: Combine the milk and pudding mix into the gallon bag. Mash the bag for one minute.

STEP THREE: Add the pumpkin, cinnamon, and ginger to the bag. Knead for two minutes.

STEP FOUR: Cut a corner of the bag and squeeze out pumpkin pie mix onto graham cracker squares.
